  1. How Are Goods Dispatched?

    Unless an alternative means is requested and agreed, all works are dispatched 1st class through Royal Mail.

  2. Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes. Upon receipt of cleared funds.

    Paypal, cheque or postal order.

  3. When Do I Pay?

    When the piece is completed and you have approved the finished item.

  1. How Do I Approve The Piece?

    I will begin by emailing you a sketch. Once you approve that, I will begin work. I will email you a photograph of the finished item and if you are satisfied, I will bill you and send you the piece upon receipt of cleared funds.

  2. What Happens If I Decide I Don't Want It?

    All work remains my property until purchased. Any items that are commissioned but not purchased will be offered for general sale.

  3. Do You Accept Returns?

    Yes. Purchase price (but not the cost of postage) will be refunded upon receipt of the painting and subject to the painting being undamaged.  I reserve the right to offer the returned painting for resale.

  1. How Do I Commission A Piece?

    Contact me to give me your requirements. If you wish me to create something from a photograph, then I will require it in a jpeg format, large image of clear quality.
